Shipping
Due to increasing costs of shipping, only domestic shipping is available at this time.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service). You will be emailed a shipping notice with tracking information when your order has shipped. Shipping includes Delivery Confirmation (where applicable) and Shipping Insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS OVER $100 WILL INCLUDE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AS PART OF DELIVERY. YOU WILL BE EMAILED TO ARRANGE DELIVERY.
Orders are shipped to the address that has been provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure it is the correct address before submitting an order. An order sent to the wrong address as a result of customer error is the customer's responsibility. If in the event an order is returned to farragio as a result of an incorrect shipping address, an additional shipping charge will have to be paid by the customer to re-ship the order after it has been returned. Please be aware that returns due to non-deliverable issues can take anywhere from 10 days to a few weeks to be returned. Unfortunately, in these cases your order cannot be re-shipped or a refund cannot be issued until the item has been received here at farragio.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
Returns & Exchanges
A satisfied customer is of utmost importance as well as a satisfactory solution in the event of a return or exchange. Please contact farragio at hello@farragio.com within 30 days if you have any issues with your order.
Depending on the outcome you may then send the item(s) back for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be arrive back at farragio before any refunds or exchanges are made.
Items that are in unused/unopened and re-sellable condition may be returned for a full refund of purchase price. Items that have been opened and have at least 50% of the product still left in the jar or bottle may be returned for a partial refund of 50% of purchase price.
After the issue has been resolved and/or items have been received, a refund will be initiated within 24 hours; however, the time it takes for the funds to show back up in your account will vary and is dependent upon your banking institution.
TO HELP DEFRAY YOUR COSTS: If returning an order for a refund or exchange, your original shipping cost will be refunded to you. Return shipping, including tracking, will be the responsibility of the customer.
The item(s) must be received here at farragio before any refunds or exchanges are made.
Packing Material (Wool Sensitivity Information)
I use eco-friendly and sustainable natural wool packing material to protect your items from extreme temperatures during transit. However, it is important to note that this material contains natural wool fibers, which may cause allergic reactions or sensitivity in some individuals. If you have a known sensitivity to wool or related materials, please take appropriate precautions when handling the packing material. If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue handling of materials immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Fringe Benefits Rewards Program
Enrollment is free and voluntary, and you can cancel at any time with no penalties.
For every $10 spent on product purchases, you will earn 1 Point. For every 10 Points earned you will receive a coupon code good for $10 towards your next purchase.
Sales tax and/or shipping is not included as part of purchase amounts applied towards Points. Points earned does not include purchases made with eGift Card codes and/or coupon codes.
Status updates will be sent routinely. For additional status updates, email hello@farragio.com with "Status Update" in the subject line.
To cancel membership, send a blank email to hello@farragio.com with "Cancel Membership" in the subject line.
Your points do not expire. Issued coupon codes expire after 30 days unless indicated otherwise.
Nut-Free Product Information
While farragio skincare products are meticulously crafted to be free of nut derivatives, it's important to note that they are prepared in a kitchen environment that may handle peanuts or tree nuts, as well as other common allergens including milk, soy, wheat, eggs, fish or shellfish. I maintain stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards to minimize the risk of cross-contamination; however, I cannot guarantee a completely nut-free production space. As such, individuals with severe nut allergies should exercise caution and consider their personal risk tolerance before using farragio products. I prioritize transparency and safety, and I am committed to providing clear information to my valued customers. Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions
The farragio mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by farragio (“farragio”, “I”, “me”, "my"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). I may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to farragio’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of farragio through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with farragio. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
I do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to (801) 477-0886 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other farragio mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. I may change any short code or telephone number I use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide me with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that I will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
