Are your skincare products completely natural?

Absolutely. I only use all-natural and certified-organic ingredients.

Do you really make everything yourself?

Yes. Everything you see has been handcrafted by me. I also package and label each product myself.

Are there preservatives in your products?

Products that don't contain water don't generally need a preservative, but to be on the safe side I use a specific blend of ingredients to insure integrity.

How long are your products good for?

My products have a shelf life of at least a year.

What happens if my moisturizer melts?

Consistency of the product may change and/or settling may occur during shipping in hotter and colder temperatures. If so, no worries, this will not harm the ingredients.

What if I need to return my skincare order?

It is my goal to have a completely satisfied customer! You can read my return policies here.

How long have you been in business?

I started farragio in March of 2010 and launched my skincare line in 2018.

Why is farragio spelled all lower case?

It was a happy accident and it looks sort of chic, don't you think?

What does farragio mean?

It's my play on the word "farrago", which means a mix of things.
