PAYMENTS

I use PayPal® for payment processing. PayPal® offers guest checkout for those who don't have a PayPal® account. Payment is due in full at time of order.
SHIPPING

Unless otherwise specified on the listing(s), I ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays through the USPS (United States Postal Service) and use Parcel Select, First Class, or Priority Mail methods, as well as USPS International shipping. You will receive a shipping notice, with tracking, via email when your order has shipped. Shipping charges include Delivery Confirmation (where applicable) and Shipping Insurance.

ORDERS OVER $100 ALSO INCLUDE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

I ship to the address that has been provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure it is the correct address before submitting an order. An order sent to the wrong address as a result of customer oversight is the customer's responsibility. If in the event an order is returned to me as a result of an incorrect shipping address, an additional shipping charge will be required of the customer to re-ship the order after it has been returned to me. Please be aware that returns due to non-deliverable issues can take anywhere from 10 days to a few weeks to be returned. Unfortunately, in these cases I cannot re-ship or issue a refund until the item has been returned to me.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

It is illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Refunds are made through PayPal®
     TO HELP DEFRAY YOUR COSTS:
  • If returning an order for a refund or exchange, your original shipping cost will be refunded to you through PayPal® within 24 hours after I have received the item(s).
  • Return shipping, including tracking, will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • I must receive item(s) back before any refunds or exchanges are made.

ALL-NATURAL SKIN CARE ITEMS (moisturizer, setting spray, etc.)
You have seven days after receiving your order to contact me with any issues concerning your order. Please contact me at contact@farragio.com.

Items that are in unused, unopened and re-sellable condition may be returned for a full refund of purchase price.

Items that have been opened and have at least 50% of the product still left in the jar or bottle may be returned for a partial refund of 50% of purchase price.

It is my goal to have a totally satisfied customer and I will be happy to work with you to come up with a satisfactory solution. Depending on the outcome you may then send the item(s) back for a refund or exchange. I must receive item(s) back before any refunds or exchanges are made.


CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED HANDMADE ITEMS (monogrammed pick pouches, etc.)
Custom orders that have generic detailing are eligible for refunds and exchanges. You have five days after delivery of your order to contact me with any issues concerning your order. Please contact me at contact@farragio.com if you have an issue with your custom order and depending on the outcome you may then send the item(s) back for a refund or exchange. I must receive item(s) back before any refunds or exchanges are made.

There are no refunds and no exchanges on personalized orders (such as monogrammed initials). Issues with a personalized order that are due to a flaw in the merchandise, such as incorrect monogramming, are taken on a case-by-case basis.
