Water Does A Body Good

Our bodies are 60% water so it stands to reason that we need to keep our bodies hydrated. Drinking water is the quickest and easiest way to hydrate. According to BBC Good Food, there are a number of health benefits to drinking water.

Some of the many benefits include:
  • Improves memory and mood
  • Reduces headaches and migraines
  • Helps with digestion
  • Helps manage anxiety
Water also helps with skin care. According to Manna Hydration, the benefits include:
  • Fewer wrinkles
  • Improved complexion
  • Slows the signs of aging
  • Reduces puffiness
Traditionally, it's recommended to drink 64 ounces of water a day, but whether you adhere to that or not, do try to drink water during the day, especially instead of colas and other artificial drinks. It can't help but do a body good. I know I feel much better when I drink 64 ounces of water a day. My skin feels hydrated, my hair is softer, I don't eat as much at meals, and I just feel generally healthier.
