Today is National Women's Health & Fitness Day (#WomensHealthFitnessDay) and taking care of your skin is an important part of staying healthy. Here are some simple ways to keep your skin glowing and healthy:

     • Don't overexpose your skin to the sun.
     • Stay hydrated - drink water and cut out colas and other artificial drinks.
     • Use a skin exfoliater to slough off dead skin cells and refresh skin.
     • Keep skin properly moisturized with an all-natural moisturizer.
     • Eat a proper diet and stay away from processed foods.
